सना रईस खान
सना रईस ख़ान (जन्म 28 सितंबर 1995) एक भारतीय आपराधिक वकील हैं जो विभिन्न हाई-प्रोफाइल कानूनी मामलों पर अपने काम के लिए जानी जाती हैं। वह 2024 में बिग बॉस में प्रतिभागी थीं।[१]

प्रारंभिक जीवन[सम्पादन]
खान का जन्म 28 सितंबर 1995 को मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र के एक मुस्लिम परिवार में हुआ था। उन्होंने मुंबई विश्वविद्यालय से कानून में स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की और 2019 में कानून में मास्टर की डिग्री प्राप्त की।[२] उनके पिता रईस खान भी एक वकील हैं।[३]

खान के प्रमुख मामलों में से एक शीना बोरा हत्या मामले में इंद्राणी मुखर्जी का बचाव करना शामिल था, जहां उन्होंने 2022 में अपने मुवक्किल के लिए जमानत हासिल की थी।[४][५]
मुखर्जी मामले पर अपने काम के अलावा, खान ने कई हाई-प्रोफाइल मामलों में ग्राहकों का प्रतिनिधित्व किया है, जिनमें मकोका, आतंकवाद, मुठभेड़ और हत्या से संबंधित मामले शामिल हैं।[६][७][८][९]
मुंबई क्रूज भंडाफोड़ मामला
2021 में उन्होंने आर्यन खान से जुड़े मामले में सह-प्रतिवादी एविन साहू का बचाव किया। उन्होंने दृढ़तापूर्वक तर्क दिया कि नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) द्वारा गिरफ्तारी के समय न तो एविन और न ही आर्यन के पास नशीले पदार्थ थे। इस महत्वपूर्ण तर्क का उपयोग बाद में आर्यन की बचाव टीम द्वारा किया गया।[१०][११]
संदीप गडोली फर्जी मुठभेड़ मामला
वह हरियाणा फर्जी मुठभेड़ मामले में बिंदर गुज्जर के बचाव पक्ष की वकील थीं और उन्होंने उसी मामले में मॉडल दिव्या पाहुजा के लिए सफलतापूर्वक जमानत हासिल की थी, जिनकी रिहाई के बाद 2024 में हत्या कर दी गई थी।[१२][१३][१४]
हनुमंत शिंदे मामला
उन्होंने विशेष रूप से जघन्य अपराध, हनुमंत शिंदे मामले, के आरोपी एक व्यक्ति के लिए जमानत हासिल की, जहां उस व्यक्ति पर अपनी प्रेमिका को नष्ट करने का आरोप लगाया गया था।[१५]
