डॉ. विजय किशोर बंसल एक भारतीय सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं।^[१] वह एक विश्व पुस्तक रिकॉर्ड धारक हैं।^[२]^[३] कोविड 19 के दौरान 25 लाख फूड पैकेट बांटने पर उनका नाम वर्ल्ड बुक रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज हो गया है।^[४]^[५]

जीवन परिचय[सम्पादन]

डॉ. विजय किशोर बंसल का जन्म आगरा के एक वैश्य परिवार में हुआ था।^[६] उन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई डॉ॰ भीमराव आंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय से पूरी की थी।^[७]^[८] उन्हें उत्तर भारत में समाज सेवा के लिए जाना जाता है और उन्हें कई पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया है।^[९]^[१०] बंसल को टेम्स इंटरनेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी, पेरिस, फ्रांस द्वारा मानद उपाधि से सम्मानित किया गया।^[११]^[१२]

बंसल ने बच्चों की शिक्षा में सुधार लाने के इरादे से राजस्थान के करोली में विद्यालय, वृद्धाश्रम और मैनपुरी में एक स्कुल को गोद लिया हुआ है जिसका सारा खर्चा वह स्वयं उठाते हैं ।^[१३]
