हैक्टिविस्ट वैनगार्ड एक भारतीय हैकिंग संगठन है जिसे आमतौर पर एच.वी के रूप में संक्षिप्त किया जाता है। संगठन की स्थापना 26 जनवरी 2023 को संतोष कुमार द्वारा की गई थी।[१][२][३][४]

इस संगठन के कुछ विशेष हैकिंग कार्यों में बांग्लादेशी स्कूल और कॉलेज वेबसाइट्स का हैकिंग और डिफेसिंग, उन्होंने बांग्लादेश कोर्ट मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम वेबसाइट को भी हैक किया था।[५][६][७][८][९][१०] इस संगठन ने gov.pk पर होस्ट की गई हर एक वेबसाइट को डीडीओएस हमले से टेकडाउन किया था।[११][१२][१३]

- ऑपरेशन बांग्लादेश #OpSawaal
- OpSawaal नामक साइबर हमलों की सूची बांग्लादेश सरकार के बड़े कॉलेजों और स्कूलों की शिक्षा साइटों पर हमले के लिए थी, साथ ही बांग्लादेश के विभिन्न सरकारी साइटों को टेकडाउन किया गया।[१४][१५][१६][१७]

यह संगठन पाकिस्तानी वेबसाइटों को हैक करके, उनमें हैशटैग #OpBhikaristan के साथ और भारतीय वेबसाइटों को हैक करने के लिए पाकिस्तानी हैकर्स की प्रतिक्रिया के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया। यह पे बैक ऑपरेशन उनके मुख्य मिशनों में से एक था। इसके अलावा, वे हमेशा पाकिस्तानी वेबसाइटों पर नज़र रखते हैं। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने gov.pk डोमेन्स को भी टेकडाउन किया।

2023 के 4 फरवरी को, केरल के एक पूर्व हैक्टिविस्ट वैनगार्ड समूह के सदस्य ने एक पीडोफिलिया नामक फेसबुक पेज को हैक किया। इस मिशन का नाम #Op18Racket था और हैकर ने उस व्यक्ति को उजागर किया जो पेज बनाने के पीछे था और एक वीडियो में पेज से प्राप्त चैट को दिखाया।
